Prior to joining Richline South Africa, Johan held key executive positions spanning across multiple industries (Banking / Baking / Citrus Fruit Processing / Leather) where he honed his skills in operations management, business development, and strategic planning.

Beyond his professional achievements, Johan is deeply committed to corporate responsibility and ethical business practices. He actively champions initiatives that promote sustainability and community development, reflecting Richline South Africa’s dedication to making a positive impact.

Outside of the work environment Johan enjoys family life and has been married to Zilla his wife for 32 years. Johan enjoys the outdoors and running the Parkrun on a Saturday.
